Overview
Your at-a-glance dashboard for how your brand is performing across search and AI visibility.
The Overview dashboard is the first place to check when you log in. It's a single-page summary that pulls together your most important numbers from Search Ranking and AI Visibility, so you don't have to visit multiple pages to get a sense of how things are going.
What you'll see
Overview typically shows a mix of:
- Search performance signals — how your tracked keywords are trending in Google, sourced from your connected Search Console data
- AI visibility signals — how often your brand is showing up in AI assistant answers and how that's trending
- Recent activity — a snapshot of what's happened lately, such as new content published or notable ranking movement
- Early recommendations — pointers toward your Publishing Plan when there's something worth acting on
How to read it
Treat Overview as a pulse check, not a full report. If a number moves, that's a signal to dig into the more detailed page — Search Ranking for keyword-level detail, AI Visibility for the assistant-by-assistant breakdown — rather than a verdict on its own. Early on, especially in your first few weeks, don't expect dramatic movement; visibility (in either search or AI) builds gradually as your content and backlink profile grow.
A concrete example
If Overview shows your AI visibility trending upward over the past month while your search rankings stay flat, that's a useful signal: it might mean your content is doing well in the aspects AI assistants value (clear structure, direct answers, credible sourcing) even before it's had time to fully climb the search rankings. That's worth investigating in the AI Visibility page.
When to check it
A quick glance once a week is usually enough to stay on top of your visibility. Save deeper investigation for when you notice a meaningful shift, or when you're deciding what to prioritize in your Publishing Plan.
