Publishing Plan
A prioritized list of concrete next steps to improve your search and AI visibility, generated from your actual data.
The Publishing Plan is Amplefound's answer to "what should I actually do next?" Instead of leaving you to interpret dashboards and figure out priorities yourself, it turns your data into a concrete, ordered list of recommendations.
How recommendations are generated
Amplefound looks across your Search Ranking, AI Visibility, Topics, and Keywords data to spot opportunities and gaps — a keyword close to breaking onto page one, a Topic with strong search performance but poor AI visibility, a competitor pulling ahead in a Prompt that matters to your business. Each of these becomes a specific recommendation rather than a vague suggestion.
How items are prioritized
Recommendations are ordered by a mix of factors: how much impact acting on them is likely to have, how achievable they are given your current standing, and how well they align with your Direction and Topics. This means the top of your Publishing Plan should generally be the highest-value, most realistic next steps — not just a random list of everything that could theoretically be improved.
How to act on an item
Each item in the Publishing Plan describes:
- What the opportunity or issue is — described in plain terms, not technical jargon
- Why it matters — the impact it's likely to have on your visibility
- What to do about it — a concrete next step, which might link directly to creating an Article, adjusting a Keyword, updating a Context, or reviewing a specific Prompt
Work through items from the top, but use your own judgment too — if an item doesn't feel relevant to what you're currently focused on, it's fine to skip it and come back later.
Keeping the plan fresh
As your data updates — new Search Console results, new AI Visibility checks, newly published Articles — your Publishing Plan updates with it. Items you've resolved drop off, and new opportunities appear as they're identified. Check back regularly rather than treating it as a one-time list.
A concrete example
If your AI Visibility data shows a Topic has strong search rankings but almost no AI mentions, the Publishing Plan might recommend publishing a clearly structured, directly-answering Article on that Topic — since AI assistants tend to favor content that answers a question plainly, which is a different bar than what it takes to rank well in Google alone.
