Google Analytics
Connect Google Analytics (GA4) to see how visitors actually behave on your site once they arrive.
Google Analytics complements Google Search Console by showing what happens after someone reaches your site — where they go, how long they stay, and whether they take meaningful action. While Search Console tells you how you're found, Analytics tells you what happens next.
Why connect it
Search rankings and AI visibility tell you whether people are finding your content, but not what they do once they arrive. Connecting Google Analytics rounds out the picture: you can see whether the traffic your visibility efforts generate is actually engaging with your site, and which pages are converting versus which ones people leave quickly.
What it powers
With Analytics connected, Amplefound can incorporate real visitor behavior — such as which pages hold attention and which don't — into how it evaluates whether your content strategy is actually working, not just whether it's technically ranking or being mentioned by AI assistants.
How to connect it
Go to Connectors in your dashboard, choose Google Analytics, and sign in with the Google account connected to your site's GA4 property. If you haven't set up GA4 on your site yet, you'll need to do that through Google first.
Is this required?
No — Google Search Console is the essential connection, since core features like Search Ranking depend on it directly. Google Analytics is optional but recommended, since it adds a layer of insight about visitor behavior that neither search ranking data nor AI visibility data can show on their own.
A concrete example
If Search Ranking shows a keyword climbing steadily and driving more impressions, but Analytics shows visitors landing on that page and leaving within seconds, that's a signal the page itself needs work — even though, from a pure ranking perspective, everything looks like it's going well.
